Science Curriculum at Padiham Green
At Padiham Green our children are naturally inquisitive and curious. Our aim for Science is to build on these skill and allow all our learners to have the tools to understand the uses and implications of science today and for the future.
Our personalised curriculum allows children to use equipment, carry out experiments, build arguments, explain concepts and continue to ask questions building on their curiosity about their surroundings.
We aim to give our children a mixture of opportunities to develop their own questions and through research they are able to discover answers for themselves. We create fun environments that extends to outdoor learning and further develops a desire to become ‘Greener’. We pride ourselves on providing our learners to become future teachers of how to improve our environment.
