Design and Technology Curriculum at Padiham Green
At Padiham Green we believe that by delivering an inspiring and practical Design and Technology curriculum, we are developing our children’s creative, technical and imaginative thinking to develop confidence to participate successfully in an increasingly technological world.
Design and Technology enables children to draw on skills from other areas of the curriculum at Padiham Green including maths, science, computing and art and uses creativity and imagination to design products that solve problems in the real world. Through the evaluation of processes and products, we encourage our children to become critical thinkers and to understand the purpose of design for the real world.
